You agree to communicate this liability to any person that you invite to participate.
Use of Images
We may use photographs submitted to us for marketing and promotional material, to be shared on the company’s social media channels unless stated otherwise.

All content included on this site and information we send to you, including the pilgrimages themselves is copyrighted and belongs to Football Pilgrims Ltd.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized, licensed, or in any way officially connected with Arsenal Football Club or any other football club mentioned or depicted in the experience. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding used remain the property of their respective owners. Any use of such marks is purely for descriptive or referential purposes.
Football Pilgrims does not seek to exploit the intellectual property rights of any club and aims to celebrate football culture in a respectful and non-commercially misleading manner.

What personal information we collect
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify a living person. We collect and process the following types of personal information:

Email address
Phone number
Email subject lines and content, which may contain personal information
How we use your personal information
We use your name and email address to:
Deliver your Pilgrimage
Provide support if issues arise
Follow up with you, including:
Checking if everything went well (if you didn't complete the game)
Inviting you to join our "Pilgrims" mailing list
Requesting feedback on your game experience
Asking about any disruptions you encountered
Requesting permission to contact you for user research
Other inquiries about your booking or city experience
Store payment receipts as required by HMRC
We use your phone number to:

How we store and protect your personal information
Our security measures:
We practice data minimisation, collecting only the personal information essential for our business operations
All data is stored securely with robust authentication protocols
Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every service handling personal information
We consolidate storage by maintaining a single business database for most operational data, limiting the dispersal of personal information across multiple systems
Automatic deletion policies prevent unnecessary accumulation of personal data over time
Retention periods
Our guiding principle is to delete personally identifiable information within 30 days of it becoming unnecessary, and in all cases within 90 days maximum.
Wherever technically feasible, we configure our systems to delete information automatically:
Pilgrimage bookings: Your name, email address, and phone number are automatically deleted either:
3 months after your booking date if you completed the game
15 months after your booking date if you didn't complete the game
Reservations: Your name and email address are deleted once your reservation date has passed
Email correspondence: Emails (including name, address, subject, and content) are deleted after 182 days, except payment receipts which we retain for 7 years
SMS messages: Your phone number and message history are deleted 182 days after the most recent message
Mailing list subscriptions: Your name and email address remain until you unsubscribe, at which point they're automatically deleted

If you have concerns about our use of your personal information, you can contact us at hello@footballpilgrims.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
